Our client is one of the majors in the foods Industry (Biscuits, Chocolates and Confectionery). They are growing at an exceptional rate in the Indian market across all channels. We are looking for a National Sales Training Manager to spearhead the capability building function within the organization, with a “Hands-on-Approach”.

Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for :-
• Creating and building the training modules for the sales team
• Working closely with the sales team to develop Go-To-Market strategies across product lines
• Motivating the sales professionals and tracking the performance of team members across all levels
• Tailoring the training programs and identifying the gaps in understanding
• Being a part of cross functional teams and business activities

The Successful Applicant
• You will be an MBA with at least 8-10 years of experience in sales development and sales training within the FMCG industry.
• An ideal candidate should have the ability to train sales team across all levels and should have high potential to build the capability development function in the organization.
• You should have excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills.
• You must be driven by values and have the ability to facilitate organization culture.
