A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is responsible for managing and executing Improvement & High Impact Projects through usage of Six Sigma, Lean and other methodologies. The role would be responsible for the effective delivery of the projects to support Change Management, Program initiative across the organization. Given the nature of the role and
the distribution of the teams , the role may require travel and flexibility to support the improvement initiatives.

Desired experience
Fresher OR Experienced

Post-Graduation in Quantitative sciences or MBA/ Master’s Degree from a top rated B-School

Ø Demonstrates the ability to facilitate meetings to generate ideas and make key decisions.

Knowledge, Experience and Education
· Lead Quality Projects for the business, individually complete 2-3 high impact projects per
year per corporate guidelines.
· Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities
therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership
· Focus on Process improvement and cost reduction for clients to deliver tangible benefits
· Lead and Implement business process management system for new clients
· Drive and Track Quality DNA - training, testing & certification, Lead any other analytics
and productivity initiatives that come up
· Implementing Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) for newly Transitioned
· Coaching and Mentoring Process Owners and Team Members in DMAIC and Lean
· Best practice sharing & implementation
· Domain : Online space, customer service expertise, high tech industry.

Competent in Project planning, Project Leadership and team facilitation
· Very strong analytical skills and result orientation
· Ability to learn very quickly and identify improvement opportunities – high energy and self-starting individual.
· Facilitative Leadership skills - influencing skills, mentoring and coaching – to be able to
drive change in the organization
· Very good communication skills
· Should be open to traveling to multiple client locations up to 3 months duration for short
term or 12 months for long term assignments
· Knowledge of Statistical tools/Knowledge of various Quality Systems/ Knowledge of
· Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
